We are data scientists who have walked many different paths to get here. Our team brings together diverse backgrounds — some of us transitioned from academia, others came through traditional industry routes, and many of us have taken on leadership roles along the way. Collectively, we've served across the data science spectrum, from managing teams at FAANG companies to building data functions from scratch at early-stage startups.
Through years of hiring, mentoring, and leading in this field, we've seen firsthand what it takes to succeed as a data scientist and what organizations need to build effective data teams. We've also experienced the challenges: the overwhelming learning curve, the confusing job market, the struggle to translate technical skills into business impact.
